Obtain a structure permit fornew service structure connections to District facilities which are <br /> necessary to provide service to the new parcels. <br /> c. The design strength and diameter of the proposed private pipelines and stmctures shall be <br /> adequate to handle standard delivery heads or flows for that area. <br /> 3• The owner shall grant easements of sufficient width for all District facilities which may exist on <br /> subject property to serve as a replacement for any prescriptive and/or unrecorded easements that <br /> are present. All existing recorded or newly dedicated District easement <br /> identified on the survey map prior to its recording. s shall be shown and <br /> 4. Owner shall obtain an Encroachment Permit from District for fencing or any other proposed <br /> encroachments of District easements resulting from the proposed parcel split. <br /> 5. If a proposed homesite or building area is lower than adjacent irrigated property, a permanent <br /> berm or ditch will need to be constructed around the homesite parcel or building site, to prevent <br /> accidental flooding from irrigation water. Property owner shall either verify field elevations or <br /> submit a written statement to District indicating that property in question is not subject to flooding <br /> from adjacent irrigated property or pipelines. likewise, owner shall provide the District with a <br /> written statement or explanation if any of the above stated conditions do not pertain to the <br /> situation involving the proposed parcel map, <br /> 6. There appears to be a 40 foot strip of land traversing a portion of the parcel which the District <br /> owns in fee. A title report shall be provided to the District for its use in the preparation of all <br /> required documents and to ascertain if the District has a fee interest within the proposed <br /> subdivision. If it is determined that District owns property in fee, the owner will not be able to <br /> include this land as part of their subdivision unless they obtain title to them from the District. <br /> 7.
