L
LApril 13,2006
NOA Project Number. E05130B
L
6.8 Discussion of Septic System Sizing
Septic System Construction should follow the San Joaquin County On-Site Wastewater Disposal /
Standards where applicable.
L
7.0 CONCLUSIONS
L
In summary, satisfactory percolation rates of the soil were achieved in the proposed septic disposal
L areas of the Site. The project appears to be suitable for development utilizing a standard septic
system.
LNo ground water was encountered in any of the borings drilled on the property. The on-site water
well was tested for nitrate and DBCP. DBCP was non-detectable,and nitrate concentration in
ground water was found to be 31.8 mg/L-NO3,which is below the maximum contaminant drinking
water limit of 45 mg/L-NO3.
L8.0 LIMITATIONS
` The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and
Y• proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at the
time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed that the test
Lholes and percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in
L accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices. This warranty is in lieu of
all other warranties either expressed or implied. Test findings and statements of professional
opinion do not constitute a guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied.
LNEIL O.ANDERSON&ASSOCIATES,INC.
L %AL GF
s h y DAVID J.WELCH `sem
jH N0.2151
L N cy RosAleZ B.A. David J.
