L <br /> LApril 13,2006 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05130B <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> LOne eptic system currently exists on the site.The EHD well and septic permit files were searched <br /> on arch 15,2006 in an effort to obtain copies of permits for any septic systems on the subject <br /> Lproperty;one permit was found.The permit is described below. <br /> 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> tOne eptic system currently exists on the site. The permit,dated June 2003,was for a new septic sys m to service the residence. <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> LNo septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on March 15,2006. <br /> L3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity r <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site,our office reviewed <br /> ` a 1993 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted <br /> the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building <br /> L cluster has one septic system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum of 50 . <br /> septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site. <br /> LThe general area consists of agriculture with low density residential development. <br /> L3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity <br /> The following septic system permits were found for the vicinity of the site during file review at <br /> EHD on March 15, 2006: <br /> 3 <br /> L <br />
