CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> i <br /> LA-00-69 <br /> Brovelli Woods Vineyards LP <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-00-69 was approved by the Community <br /> 'I Development Department on October 18, 2000, which is the effective date of approval. This <br /> approval will expire on April 19, 2002, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> j approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of <br /> Survey has been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Ei Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to <br /> approval of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> i <br /> �I <br /> Ei 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jennifer Jolley, 468-3161) <br /> a) APPROVED USE: The Notice of Lot Line Adjustment shall conform substantially to the <br /> Tentative Map dated September 15, 2000. <br /> A <br /> b) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be <br /> :i recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions <br /> :k of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be <br /> prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land <br /> i Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> j c) LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this <br /> map: <br /> €� 1) All parcels shall have a minimum lot width of 330 feet, measured at the front yard .: <br /> setback line.
