Approve Site Approval Application No. PA-0800289 •and Deviation Application No. PA <br /> 0800291 with-the Findings and Conditions of Approval contained in the staff report. <br /> Findings Site Approval <br /> 1. The proposed:use is consistent with the goals, policies, standards, and maps of the General Plan, <br /> any applicable Master Plan, Specific Plan, and Special Purpose Plan, and any other applicable <br /> plan adoptedby the County. <br /> This finding can be made because the Eating Establishment- Full Service and Liquor <br /> 'Sales,,"—On Premise use type may be conditionally permitted in the C-RS (Rural <br /> Service Commercial) zone with an approved Site Approval application.The project is <br /> consWent with the goals, policies, standards, and reaps of the General Plan. ' No <br /> Master Plan, Specific Master Plan, Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan are <br /> applicable to this project. <br /> 2. Adequate utilities, roadway r improvements, sanitation, water supply, drainage, and other <br /> necessary facilities have been provided, and the proposed improvements are properly related to <br /> existing and proposed roadways. <br /> This finding can be made because the project will be required to be served by an on- <br /> site wg11 and septic system. The proposed improvements are properly related to the <br /> existing facility, and other necessary facilities are or will be provided as reflected in <br /> the approved site and/or improvement plan(s). <br /> 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development and for the intensity of development. <br /> This finding can be made because the .parcels involved in the project are 0.33 acres <br /> in size, and the area is large enough to accommodate the proposed use and all <br /> 'Yards"' building coverage, setbacks, and other requirements: of this Title. <br /> Additionally, the site plan shows there.is sufficient area for parking:and circulation, <br /> in compliance with the Standards of the Development Title. <br /> 4.
