DEPARTMENT 6F PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Bill DuBois, 468-3000) <br /> II <br /> a. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of;building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year <br /> by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. <br /> (Resolution R'-00433) <br /> b. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at thl time of building permit application. The proposed project shall follow the practices in the County's"Small Site Storm Water Management <br /> Plan." , <br /> INFORMATONAL NOTES: <br /> (1) This property is subject to the requirements of the San Joaquin County Mosquito and Vector <br /> Control district(209-982-4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for-the prevention of <br /> mosquitoes. Best Management Practices guidelines for storm water devices, ponds, and <br /> wetlands°are available. <br /> (2) All future�iuilding permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of <br /> permit issuance shall meet San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements (Title 9, <br /> Chapter 971605) and all requirements of the State of California (CCR Title 23)that are in force at <br /> the time of permit issuance.
