3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to the Improvement Plan or a letter of <br /> J <br /> approval to indicate that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. State on the Improvement Plan the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so that it <br /> cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must <br /> be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> e. If the existing well cannot meet Title 22, CCR, requirements, construct a water well under <br /> permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. Should <br /> the number of nonresidential individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR,will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance requirement will be <br /> applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Provide restrooms conforming with disabled access requirements (CCR,Title 24). <br /> b. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The spaces shall be located as <br /> close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the 'tow away' sign <br /> at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4-inch per foot (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> C. This building shall be made to comply with all the requirements of the Uniform Codes for <br /> an Assembly Building (A-3 Occupancy). <br /> NOTE: On January 2, 1992, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved UP-91-21 <br /> subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 4 - (UP-91-21) <br />
