COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> UP-91-21 REVISED SITE PLAN <br /> 2 . The frontage improvements for "D" , Sixth, and Seventh <br /> Streets shall conform to the adopted Specific Road Plan for <br /> the Community of Banta and be constructed in conformance with <br /> standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way farm or <br /> estate subdivision street. The construction of the frontage <br /> improvements will be deferred upon execution by the owner of <br /> a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a <br /> Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction <br /> costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. (A $250. 00 <br /> fee currently is required for processing per Planning Title <br /> Section 9-10502 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and <br /> an estimate for the required frontage improvements. If there is no building <br /> permit required, the fee will be exempt.
