Further conflicts could occur if these parcels are sold or transferred to others <br /> without provi,,ions for irrigation service. <br /> Based upon the information,provided in the referral,there may be a concern relative to the <br /> District's ability to continue to service the newly configured parcels. If changes in the method of <br /> irrigation are desired by owner, it is recommended that the owner contact the.District, prior to the <br /> completion of the process, to determine the necessity for changes to the existing infrastructure, or <br /> casements in order to accommodate the proposed boundary changes.
