E. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department as required(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> F. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> G. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number <br /> and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> H. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> I. If floor drains are required,they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground <br /> holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test <br /> requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $186.00 <br /> Plan Check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br />
