Shaw Road, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past <br /> or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous <br /> materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as <br /> i rJj fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. The report shall be submitted to <br /> the Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of a tentative map (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-905.12). <br /> A review fee of$190.00 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> /Department. <br /> State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the existing <br /> sewage disposal system is designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach <br /> field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over,parked on, or used as a storage area. <br /> This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100%designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> C. Further expansion or development on Parcel 1 and the remainder parcel will require the <br /> provision of public wastewater disposal services. This requirement shall be recorded as an <br /> instrument of the Parcel Map. <br />
