Appeals must be filed with <br /> this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of <br /> $275 . 00 . The 10-day appeal period ends at 4 : 30 p.m. on October 22 , <br /> 1995. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal <br /> period will expire on the next regular business day at 4 : 30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions <br /> of Approval within the next 18 months (by April 22 , 1997) .
