The legal <br /> `descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, <br /> ' �Iqualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors' Act, or a <br /> !!'Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2.
