Soil Profile and Geologic Information <br /> The Site is mapped on the Geologic Map of California_ Sacramento sheet (CDMG, <br /> 1965). It is depicted within map units identified as undivided Miocene nonmarine, <br /> middle and/or lower Pliocene nonmarine, and PIio-Pleistocene nonmarine deposits <br /> (Plate 7). <br /> The surface and near surface soils located at the Site are reported by the USDA Web <br /> Soil Survey to be composed of Amador-Lithic Xerorthents complex, Montpellier sandy <br /> loam, Pardee gravelly loam, Pardee cobbly loam, Pentz sandy loam, and Pentz-Bellota <br /> complex (Plate 8) (USDA, 2013). The table below presents some selected properties of <br /> these soils: <br /> Table 1.
