The current zoning is AL-5. No zoning <br /> change is required according to the surveyor. <br /> 3.1 No discussion of the research of EHD files was included in the report relative to <br /> surface or subsurface contamination. Research of records for septic systems were <br /> the only records researched according to report. <br /> The EDR Data Resources, Inc. compiles lists of LUST of record. The 303 pages <br /> of UST Inventory obtained from the EHD does not list any tank in the proximity of <br /> 24951 N. Sowles Road. <br /> The EHD UTSMD List does not show any mitigation listing in the proximity of <br /> the site. The list reviewed contained 113 pages. <br /> The EDR search would not be able to analyze existing septic systems to arrive at <br /> an opinion with respect to problems associated with the proposed development. <br /> Thank you for this opportunity to furnish additional comments.
