<br /> ASTM E 1527-00 requites 'All obvious toes of theproperty shall be identiftedfrom the present, back to the property's
<br /> ` obv/oetsftrstderelopeduse,or back to 1940,whichever is earlier.This task regttorsreviewingonlyasmav, ofthe standard

<br /> Aerial photographs are a valuable historical resource for documenting past land use and can be particularly helpful when
<br /> other historical sources(such as city directories or fire insurance maps)are not reasonably ascertainable.The EDR
<br /> ` Aerial Photograph Print Service includes a search of aerial photograph collections flown by public and
<br /> private agencies for the state of California. EDR's professional field-based researchers provide digitally
<br /> reproduced historical aerial photographs at approximately ten year intervals.
