A Maintenance Plan shall be submitted and the execution of a Maintenance Agreement <br /> with San Joaquin County shall be required for the owner/operator of stormwater controls <br /> prior to the release of the building permit. <br /> e. Owner shall be responsible for providing the County with an annual report of operation and <br /> maintenance of any system.The property owner shall also be responsible for the payment <br /> to the County of an annual system inspection fee established by Resolution of the Board of <br /> Supervisors. <br /> £ Standard Best Management Practices,for the type of development proposed,shall be <br /> incorporated into the site design. <br /> g. Wastewater shall NOT be allowed into the stonn drainage system. <br /> 9. All new construction and the substantial improvement of any structure,including conversion of <br /> existing structures, in the area of special flood hazard shall be elevated or floodproofed in <br /> accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 9-1605.12(a),(b),and(c). <br /> 10. A San Joaquin County Watercourse Encroachment Permit shall be obtained for work done on the <br /> unnamed creek's channel and within 25 feet of the top of its banks. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) A Solid Waste Diversion Plan for all applicable projects must be submitted to the Building <br /> Division of the Community Development Department prior to issuance of the building permit. <br /> Contact the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)for information. <br /> (ii.)
