Chapter 6 of the RCMP describes the updated <br /> Land Use Analysis Program, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 review/analysis requirements, analysis <br /> methods, impact significance criteria, and mitigation. <br /> SJCOG determined that this project does not meet the Tier 2 threshold; thus, no further <br /> information is required at this time. <br /> AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISION'S REVIEW <br /> This project is located within Stockton Airport's Traffic Pattern Zone (7a) and 95 decibel Single <br /> Event Level (SEL). Further review reveals this project is compatible with the 2018 Stockton <br /> Metropolitan Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan (ALUCP) (https://www.sicog.org/ALUC). <br /> SJCOG recommends the project applicant be aware of the airspace review for objects over 100 <br /> feet high. <br /> SJCOG would like to provide standards and project design conditions that comply with the <br /> Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan (https://www.sicog.org/ALUC) as a reference guide. Note: <br /> Jurisdictions determine if the following standards and conditions apply to this project. <br />
