Phase 1, to be completed within 18 months, includes the construction of a 3,600 square foot warehouse, a 1,500 square foot expansion of-an existing production building, a 2,914 square foot warehouse building, an 1,800 square foot expansion of an existing warehouse building, a 2,400 square foot screening building, a 765 square foot screening building, and a 2,475 square foot screening building. Phase Z to-be completed within five years, to include the construction of a 5,000 square foot warehouse building. These parcels are not under aWilliamson Act contract. The Property is zoned I-G (General Industrial) and the General Pian designations are I/G (General Industrial). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on-the north side of East-Sperry-Road, 1,850 feet west of East Arch Airport, Stockton (APN/Address: 177-280-36/431 East Sperry Road, Stockton) (Supervisorial District: 1). ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW.
