Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> 2 . Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> 3 . Any existing wells or septic tanks must be destroyed <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 4 . Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 <br /> and #1481 and Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 , California Government <br /> Code, and Title 14 , CCR . <br /> 5 . If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed <br /> through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an above <br /> ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. This system must be designed by a registered <br /> engineer. Applicant roust file an application for <br /> facility permit/waste discharge with the California <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley <br /> Region, after the project has been approved. The <br /> application forms can be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> 6 . If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services . <br /> 7 .
