Stockton, California 95201 c,cfk ip 'a <br /> DATE : July 7 , 1989 (209) 468-3400 <br /> TO: San Joaquin County Planning Department (CO ']�LIJt =�y <br /> FROM: Public Health Services )� <br /> Environmental Health Division (f <br /> RE: SA-89-45 PRE-APPLICATION <br /> The Environmental Health Division has the following concerns on <br /> this pre-application that need to be addressed: <br /> 1 . Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> 2. Connection to a public sewer system is required . <br /> 3 . Any existing wells or septic tanks must be destroyed <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division . <br /> 4 . Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 <br /> and #1481 and Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 , California Government <br /> Code, and Title 14, CCR . <br /> 5 . If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed <br /> through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an above <br /> ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. This system must be designed by a registered <br /> engineer. Applicant must file an application for <br /> facility permit/waste discharge with the California <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley <br /> Region. The application forms can be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division . <br /> 6 . If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must <br /> register with County Officer of Emergency Services . <br /> 7 . If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain <br /> an EPA identification number and comply with applicable <br /> regulations . <br /> 8 . Application must be made to the San Joaquin County Air <br /> Pollution Control District for the necessary air <br /> pollution permits . <br /> 9 . If proposed submission of four (4) sets of detailed <br /> underground storage tank plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Division for review and approval prior to <br /> beginning construction . <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services �' <br />
