If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed <br /> through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an above <br /> ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. This system must be designed by a registered <br /> engineer. Applicant must file an application for <br /> facility permit/waste discharge with the California <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley <br /> Region, after the project has been approved. The <br /> application forms can be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> 6 . If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services . <br /> 7 . If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain <br /> an EPA identification number and comply with applicable <br /> regulations . <br /> 8 . Application must be made to the San Joaquin County Air <br /> Pollution Control District for the necessary air <br /> Pollution permits . <br /> 9 . If proposed, submission of four (4) sets of detailed <br /> underground storage tank plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Division for review and approval prior to <br /> beginning construction . <br />
