According to these records, two 2,000-gallon underground tanks <br /> (gasoline and diesel) were removed from this facility in 1990. Soil analysis <br /> showed no constituents of concern present. No evidence was <br /> encountered to indicate that this facility has impacted the subject Site. <br /> • Thompson Ranch, 5525 S. Stanley, Hazardous Materials list. This facility <br /> is located approximately 100 feet northwest of the Site. Live Oak <br /> reviewed records on file with the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department. According to these records, a 300-gallon diesel tank <br /> is located at this facility. No evidence was encountered to indicate that (a J <br /> this facility has impacted the subject Site. <br /> Live Oak searched the San Joaquin County Haz Mat Viewer on August 26, 2016 <br /> for the Site and nearby facilities with hazardous materials inventories. The Site <br /> was not listed. The following facilities within one-quarter mile were identified: <br /> • Ken Vogel, 6142 S. Mobley, adjacent to the west of the Site. The <br /> chemical inventory for this facility lists Alion, ammonium sulfate fertilizer, <br /> diesel, Dipel DF, fertilizer 15-15-15, gasoline, oxyfluorfen, Prowl, and <br /> Roundup. No evidence was encountered to indicate that this facility has c1f. <br /> • impacted the subject Site. <br /> • Steven Marchesotti, 6411 S. Bartolomei, approximately one-quarter mile <br /> southwest of the Site. No chemical inventory was provided for this facility. <br /> No evidence was encountered to indicate that this facility has impacted <br /> the subject Site. <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby addresses that have <br /> been tested for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP). Six wells were <br /> identified at addresses within approximately 1.5 miles of the subject Site. All of <br /> the wells had been tested for DBCP; it was detected in only one well, at a <br /> concentration of 0.1 µg/L. All the wells had been tested for nitrate; it was <br /> detected at concentrations of 5.5 to 17.9 mg/L- NO3. The Maximum Contaminant <br /> Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate as NO3 is 45 mg/L. The MCL for <br /> DBCP is 0.2 µg/L. <br /> 7.3 Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted <br /> regarding agricultural use of the site. Chemical application records were <br /> identified under the name of Horsley Orchards. According to the records, the i <br /> Site has been used to grow walnuts from 2012 through the present.
