Star <br /> Street, Lodi) <br /> ACTION: On November 13, 1996, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department <br /> approved SA-96-60 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $275.00. <br /> The 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on November 23, 1996. If this date falls on a weekend or <br /> holiday, the appeal period will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 18 <br /> months (by May 25, 1998).
