Describe any vegetation on-site by type and extent: There are no trees within the site. Existing vegetation consists of cultivated row crops and grasses/weeds typical of such areas. Air Quality Describe air pollutants that may result from the project(e.g. construction related dust, vehicle tris per day,fire places, incinerators,etc,): Construction related dust will be monitored and controlled through the implementation of a dust control plan. Post-construction dust and odors may be present due to the agricultural zoning area of the project. Other Describe any items of historical or archaeological interest on-site (e.g. cemeteries or structures). There are no structures on-site, nor any areas of known historical/archaeological interest. Describe any on-site or off-site sources of noise or vibration (e.g. freeway noise, heavy equipment, etc. : The site lies within an agricultural zoning area. Thus,farm equipment may produce the occasional noise disturbance. There are no heavily traveled thoroughfares nearby, thus there should be no disturbance due to road noise. Describe any on-site or off-site sources of light of glare (e.g. parkinglot lighting, or reflective materials used): There are no known sources of on or offsite light glare nearby. Any future uses that may potentially produce light glare would be subject to Site Plan and/or Use Permit review and approval by the County. Describe any on-site or off-site source of odor(e.g. agricultural wastes): The site is within an agricultural zoning area, and is therefore subject to odors typical of agricultural areas. However,there is no known substantial source of odors nearby that would create a nuisance to future residents. Describe any displacement of people that will be caused by the project(e.g. numbers of people, housing units): There are no structures, and therefore no residents on the site.
