CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1700050 (LA) <br /> MATT CATON & ROBERT MEYER/ASPEN SURVEY COMPANY, INC. <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application No. PA-1700050 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on April 14, 2017, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on October 14, 2018, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded <br /> prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
