CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1800002 <br /> MOUNTAIN TECHNOLOGY CENTER A, LLCIO' DELL ENGINEREERING <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1800002 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on April 6, 2018, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on <br /> October 6, 2019, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1) COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff:John L. Funderburg, 468-3160) <br /> a) APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment and Merger application among twelve <br /> parcels to result in four parcels. Parcel One(B1)to contain 7.2 acres. Parcel Two(Cl)to contain 6.2 <br /> acres. Parcel Three D1)to contain 4.4 acres. Parcel Four(E1)to contain 2.7 acres as shown on the <br /> site plan dated February 9, 2018. <br /> b) NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c) PLANNING APPLICATION PA-1800001: The "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" for application PA- <br /> 1800001 shall be recorded and deeds transferred prior to the recordation of the "Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment"for application PA-1800002. <br /> 2) DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: Seethe attached memo dated March 12, 2018. <br /> INFORMATION ONLY: <br /> PG&E PLAN REVIEW TEAM - LAND MANAGEMENT: See attached memo dated March 21, 2018. <br /> PG&E PLAN REVIEW TEAM - LAND MANAGEMENT: See attached memo dated March 26, 2018. <br /> This is the second of two consecutive Lot Line Adjustments pursuant to the provisions contained in <br /> Development Title Section 9-872. <br /> PA-1800002 Conditions of Approval 1 <br />
