This study was required by the Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD) for project approva We understand the <br /> assessors parcel number for the subject parcel is(APN) 092-190-17 18 d San Joaquin County <br /> approval number for the project is PA-02-108 (SA). The address referenced for PA-02-108 is ,.+�o'�8 <br />_ 3685 East Stevenson Avenue which we understand refers to the same site. 69 <br /> The soil suitability/nitrate loading study was conducted to determine whether the soils are <br /> suitable for the use of a septic system and to estimate whether the proposed project will impact <br /> ground-water quality. Major elements of the field work included one (1)percolation test located <br /> in the proposed septic field area. The percolation test was required by San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services.
