Swain Road, Stockton APN: 097-500-04 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Swain Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60-feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-00- <br /> 433) <br /> 2.
