The site plan submitted failed to document three additional wells found on the parcels. The <br /> Environmental Health Department requests a revised plan depicting the wells and the <br /> distance between the wells and property lines prior to recordation of deed or record of <br /> isurvey. <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department believes a domestic Nvell is on or near the <br /> property line on the current Parcel #2. <br /> The Environmental Health Department recommends that a domestic Nvell be drilled on the <br /> ��-; proposed 5+-acre parcel.
