The Tentative Map shall expire three years from the <br /> date of application approval . <br /> 1 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. The fee is $2 , 018 . 00 for <br /> each single-family dwelling unit in the Lockeford area. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted annually by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record. <br /> C. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate <br /> a 25-foot-wide right-of-way along the west property line <br /> of APN 051-150-16. <br /> d. The right-of-way of Condition (c) , above, shall be <br /> improved in accordance with the requirements of the <br /> Uniform Fire Code, Section 10 . 207 , and the Mokelumne Fire <br /> District. <br /> e.
