i
LFebruary 8, 2007
NOA Project Number. E06161A
LGround water on the subject property was encountered between a foot and a half(1.5) to
approximately five (5) feet below ground surface. According to San Joaquin County Ground Water
L Maps for the period of Fall 1998 and Spring 1999,ground water lies between 0 and ten feet below
ground surface and flows at an indeterminate gradient.
The water well on the subject property was tested for nitrate and DBCP. Neither DBCP or Nitrate
Lwere detected in the water sample.
8.0 LIMITATIONS
LThe conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and
proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at the
time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed that the test
holes and percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in
accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
