State Route 12, Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. The new parcels will not be allowed to have new structures provided with <br /> water or sewage disposal until a soil suitability study is performed on the <br /> parcel(s) slated for development. <br /> 2. The Environmental Health Division shall be notified of the new parcel <br /> numbers prior to the recording of the final map. <br /> 3. Demolition of the dilapidated and abandoned "Quonset hut" structure on <br /> proposed parcel number one and removal of all demolition material from the <br /> premises to an approved landfill site are required in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401 prior to recording the final <br /> map. <br /> 4. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material on parcel number one must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance with <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400 prior to recording the <br /> final map. <br /> 5. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division.
