If anything Is missing,you will be notified in writing. The <br /> COMPLETE applicant will be sent a postcard once the application ties been determined complete. our <br /> apLIlcation cannot be processed until It Is complete.) <br /> STEP 3 APPLICATION PROCESSING <br /> • STAFF Staff will check the application to determine it the required findings listed below can be made. If <br /> DETERMINATION all findings can be made the requested waiver will be approved. The proposed Minor Subdivision conforms with the Subdivision Map Act and the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title. <br /> 2. Conformity with Regulations. The proposed Minor Subdivision conforms to State and County requirements as to area, Improvement and <br /> design, and flood-water drainage control, that appropriate Improved public roads are available, that adequate sanitary disposal facilities are <br /> available, and that adequate water supply is available; <br /> 3. Environmental Effects. The proposed Minor Subdivision will not have an adverse effect on tite environment; <br /> 4. Conformity with General Plan. The proposed Minor Subdivision conforms to the General Plan; <br /> 5. Change in Nonconformity. That the proposed Minor Subdivision conforms to the Development Title as amended or that no existing <br /> nonconformity with the Development Title will be increased; <br /> 6. Conformity with Other Ordinances. The proposed Minor Subdivision conforms with all other County Ordinances; <br /> 7. Lack of Need. In all cases where a Parcel Map Is waived, a Certificate of Compliance Is required; and <br /> 10. Facilities.
