(DISTRICT 4). <br /> APPLICANT: Charles B. Jacobs APN: 025-030-04 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. The 100-year Flood Elevation will be approximately eight feet NGVD. <br /> Glasscock Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of Final the Site Plan Approval. (The fee currently is $144'.23 per <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Delta area.
