2.) Install, in conformance of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> requirements, a well by time of completion of SA-98-75 project. <br /> 3.) The water supply from this new well shall meet the Health and Safety Code <br /> IIE and/or Title 22 of the California Safe Drinking Water Act, TNCWS, according to <br /> the use(s) of this property.
