Adkisson,with East Bay MUD,reported a 7 to 10 gallon <br /> hydraulic fluid release into the Mokelumne River. The release occurred on 5/22/97 at 0730 and was <br /> the result of a seal leak on a generator turbine. East Bay MUD performed all the needed cleanup. <br /> East Bay MUD notified all the required agencies,including the State Warning Center. SWC faxed <br /> the spill notification to Calaveras County OES,not San Joaquin County OES. <br /> East Bay MUD submitted a complete written spill report.
