No . 11784 <br /> 4.18 Matthew Plaza <br /> Lodi , California 97240 <br /> Phone : (209) 368--4.179 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Service <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> Subject : Soil Profile And Percolation tests On The Rob " <br /> Campbell Pro-perty Which Is Parcel No . 2 ( '40 . 0 <br /> Acres ) Of LA-91-40 . <br /> i <br /> Submitted for your review are the results of Soil <br /> Profile and Percolation tests conducted on the Rob <br /> Campbell propeert_v located at 21449 East Highway <br /> 12 , Clements , California.. <br /> Existing Septic Svstems : <br /> Representatives of the San Joaquin Public Health <br /> Service , Environmental Health Department , were <br /> contacted regarding this parcel to determine the <br /> test requirements needed for development . This <br /> parcel is part of a lot line adjustment and does <br /> not create a new increase in the number of parcels <br /> already established . It was determined that a <br /> Soil Suitability Study would not be required and <br /> that all that is needed is Soil Profile and <br /> Percolation testing only . Since this property is <br /> located in basicly undeveloped , rolling foothill <br /> country except for the Fetzer homestead located to <br /> the north at the north end of Parcel No . 1 of lot <br /> line adjustment ( La-91-40) and not a part of a <br /> detailed Soil Suitability Study , no detailed study <br /> or analysis of existing septic systems is required <br /> nor has one been made . <br /> Existing Use : <br /> Parcel No . 2 is an unimproved parcel with <br /> only grass and a few oak trees growing on it . <br /> Access to it is provided by a private graded <br /> asphalt road , known localy as Putnam Road , off of <br /> State llighgway 12 . The private road is located <br /> about 1 . 2 miles east of the junction of State <br /> Highway Routes 12 and 88 on the north side of <br /> State Highway Route 12 and readily identifiable by <br /> the Teichert grav-il pit sign and the security gate <br /> situate immediately west of the sign . <br /> LA- 91 -40 --- Bob Campbell <br />
