Martin <br /> 25230 East State Route 12 Hwy, Clements <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of $156.00 is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section <br /> 9-1115.') <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems on parcels #1, #2, #3, #4, and <br /> designated remainder under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County Development Title Section <br /> 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcels #1, #2, #3, #4, and <br /> designated remainder under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> is required at the time of development. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section <br /> 9-1115.3) <br /> e. Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall be complied with prior to the <br /> approval of the Parcel Map. All existing wells, septic systems mobile homes & other <br /> structures shall be shown on the Final Map. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Hcalth Care SCMCCS �� <br />
