MS-93-105 OF ERNEST BEZLEY <br /> (C/O MONTE SEIBEL) (SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 4) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The following is a brief chronology of this application: <br /> January 6, 1994 Continued to February 3 , 1994 , at the request <br /> of the applicant, to obtain additional <br /> information. <br /> February 3 , 1994 Continued to February 17 , 1994 , at the <br /> request of the applicant. <br /> February 17 , 1994 Staff Report was entered into the record. A <br /> request to change the Minor Subdivision to a <br /> Major Subdivision by adding lots was deemed <br /> denied due to lack of an action by the <br /> Commission. The Minor Subdivision was <br /> continued to May 19 , 1994 . <br /> March 22 , 1994 The Board of Supervisors denied, on appeal, <br /> the request to modify the Minor Subdivision <br /> to a Major Subdivision (R-94-160 attached) . <br /> This site contains two significant ponds. The proposed lots are <br /> located on the north bank of the larger pond. In a letter dated <br /> April 8 , 1994 , (attached) the Department of Fish and Game <br /> recommended that the project' s aquatic ecosystem impacts be <br /> mitigated by establishing a 100-foot setback around the ponds . <br /> The setback is to commence from the outside edge of <br /> wetland/riparian vegetation or bank/bed, whichever is greater. <br /> No waste disposal or vegetable removal is to be permitted within <br /> the buffer. <br /> l •� <br />
