Phase 1 is a 10,000 square foot warehouse with 2-bay truck dock. Phase 2 is a <br /> 5,500 square foot multi-purpose room for wine tasting and marketing events and the conversion <br /> of the existing wine tasting room to offices. Phase 3 is the expansion of the Phase I warehouse <br /> by an additional 10,000 square feet. The project site is located on the south side of State,Route 12 <br /> (SR 12), 3,800 feet west of Lower Sacramento Road,west of Lodi.
