secure and maintain a suitable advertising contract for the displays,G.-if there occurs a <br /> diversion of traffic from, or a change in the direction of traffic on higiways leading past the <br /> Lessee's displays, the Lessee may,at its option, terminate this lease ty giving the Lessor <br /> thirty (30)days notice. <br /> 9. All structures, displays and materials placed upon the said property b.I the Lessee are Lessee's <br /> trade fixtures and equipment, and shall be and remain the Lessee's pryperty, and may be <br /> removed by the Lessee at any time prior to or within a reasonable time after the termination of <br /> this lease or extension thereof. The lessor agrees to allow the Lessee full access to the <br /> property occupied by the displays for the purpose of erecting, maintaining, changing or <br /> removing the displays at any time. <br /> 10. Lessor agrees that be, is tenants, agents, employees, or other persons icting in his or their <br /> behalf shall not place or maintain any object on the property or any aiighboring property <br /> which would in any way obstruct or impair the view of Lessee's sign:atruchrres. If such an <br /> obstruction or impairment occurs,the Lessee,without limiting such other remedies as may be <br /> available, has the option of requiring the Lessor to remove said obstniction or impairment,or <br /> the Lessee may itself remove the obstruction or impairment charging:the cost of said removal <br /> to the Lessor,or the Lessee may reduce the rental herein paid to the sin,of five(5)dollars per <br /> year so long as such obstruction or impairment continues. <br /> 11,The Lessee agrees to save the lessor harmless from any and all claims,':or demands on account <br /> of bodily injury or physical property damage_Caused by or resulting irom any negligent or <br /> willful act of the Lessee's agents or employees in the construction, ,i NWIl tenance,repair <br /> change or removal of the Lessee's displays on the property .
