(4) Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24) (5) Each automobile parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9)feet wide and twenty (20) feet long (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) g. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. No spillover beyond the property tines shall be permitted except onto pubic thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.51g][4]) LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width shall be installed across the frontage of the project site along State Route Highway 12. (Development Title Section 9-1020.) (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. (Development Title Section 9--1020.6111) j SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) Alf storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, trailers, and heavy equipment, shall be screened so as not to be visible from State Route 12. Screening shall be six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within 100 feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent screen. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main buildings. (Development Title Section 10224[e]f2][A]) k. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5)feet from any future right-of-way line, including any comer cut-off(snipe).
