The Assessor's Parcel
Number of the property is 055-160-24. An aerial photograph showing the approximate
site boundaries is presented on Plate 1 . The purpose of our study was to determine
the suitability of the property for septic tank usage. The following sections include background information regarding the
project site and the proposed development, past and present uses of the site, existing
septic tank performance and permitting, and the groundwater conditions in the project
area. In addition, discussions regarding our investigative procedures and the site
conditions encountered during our field exploration are included. Finally, the results of
our percolation tests and subsequent conclusions are presented.
2.
