Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to <br /> the Surveyors Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> fi Department. The legal descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> i Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. The new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for <br /> review. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances and qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> j or gaps. <br /> C. This development is subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood <br /> a Control Agency Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project).
