CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-98-57 <br /> Halloum <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-98-57 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> l Community Development Department on September 16, 1998, which is the effective date of <br /> i approval. % <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> r <br /> of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on March 17, 2000, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> I� Surveyor. ? <br /> a <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, (Staff Contact: Chandler Martin, 468-3144) <br /> a. A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property through <br /> deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to <br /> the Surveyors Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> fi Department. The legal descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> i Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS:, (Staff Contact: Richard Hieb, 468-3000) <br /> �c <br /> l� a, A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is <br /> required. The new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for <br /> review. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances and qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> j or gaps. <br /> C. This development is subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood <br /> a Control Agency Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project). An <br /> application requesting the reapportionment of the unpaid portion of the assessment, <br /> along with the payment of the reapportionment fee, shall be provided prior to recording <br /> the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 0 <br /> t3 d.
