UP-95-12 OF <br /> ROBERT L. & RUBY EVANS (APN:208-180-04) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The applicant is proposing a contractor's storage yard for heavy <br /> construction (use type: Construction Services, Heavy) . Two <br /> buildings are proposed. The first is a 6, 000 square foot building <br /> to be used as a shop and for storage. The second is a 1200 square <br /> foot office building. <br /> The site is located on the west side of Comconex Road, 1, 000 feet <br /> north of State Route 120, east of Manteca. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Use Permit Application No. ^C was approved by the Planning <br /> Commission on "C. The effective date of approval is "C. This <br /> approval will expire on "C, which is 18 months from the effective <br /> date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been <br /> complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been issued <br /> and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other <br /> agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the <br /> establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified <br /> as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. Ordinance <br /> requirements cannot be modified, and other ordinance requirements <br /> may apply. <br /> i <br /> 1.
