In addition, the existing San Joaquin County <br /> and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, <br /> flood plains, and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated_ The <br /> reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, <br /> Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, <br /> telephone (415) 923-7186 . The reevaluation may delineate additional flood <br /> risks . The official flood maps are available for review at the Department <br /> of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will <br /> be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Comconex Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 60 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> I- Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. (Development Title Section 9-1145 .4) <br /> 2 . The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of <br /> the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 .5) <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development . The fee is due and payable at the time of building <br /> permit application.
