Box 1810
Stockton, California 95201
Re: Halloum Use Permit Application No. UP91-3
Dear Mr. Lopez :
Pursuant to our telephone conversation of last week,
enclosed please find the septic tank/leach field design
calculations , and the supporting information, for the above
referenced project . The enclosed information is intended to
supplement the information which has been previously submitted to
the Public Works Department .
I would also like to reiterate several significant issues
which I believe are important to the proper evaluation of this
project :
1 . The Halloum site is not immediately adjacent to the
Rocky' s site which has had numerous problems with
its septic system. The
Halloum project will have barricades around the
leach field area to preclude such a problem.
4 . There are existing residences on the Halloum site
which are served by existing septic systems .
