Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study incorporating proposed <br /> staff indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to <br /> � j,ssuance of a building permit(s) (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental <br /> Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department cannot support future buildings as depicted <br /> without details in regards to use and employee/customer sewage disposal and other <br /> �- waste stream impacts. <br /> ��` f`B �The'Environmental Health Department requires the abandoned well(s) be destroyed under <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> NOTE: One domestic well as proposed and two agricultural wells or pits. <br /> Page 1 of 2 U�amp J <br />
