RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The proposed driveway shall be either moved opposite of Kennison Road or be moved furthur west,to <br /> minimize the potential for accidents. (Caltrans) <br /> 2. Applicant shall provide a written statement to the Department of Public Works stating whether Surface <br /> Transportation Assistance Act(STAR)type trucks will be used as a part o the proposed operation. If <br /> STAA type trucks are to be used,a letter requesting designation of the proposed facility as an STAA <br /> terminal will be required. <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $174.39 per additional daily trip-end <br /> generated in the Lodi area. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 5. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met <br /> the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects.
